Problem: What effect will the cold weather have on the pine tree and its needles?
Hypothesis: If the weather drops to below 0 degrees celsius (freezing), then the needles will fall off.
Materials: 1 Thermometer, pencil, paper, camera
Procedure:
1. Take a picture of the tree
2. Check the temperature
3. Record observations about bark/needles

Conclusion: Our problem was What effect will the cold weather have on the pine tree and its needles? Our hypothesis was that if the weather dropped below freezing, then the needles would fall off. Our hypothesis was partly right because some of the needles fell off when it dropped below freezing, but most of them stayed on. We learned that not all trees drop their leaves. Ways to improve our experiment would be to have a control group to compare results to, to check the tree more often, and test more than one tree. Possible sources of error include the observations not being 100% descriptions of the tree.

I think that the cold weather will effect the needles so that they turn brown and fall off

On the chart you should make the temperature in F since the hypothesis is in F

You spelled interesting wrong..................................I also think the cold weather will effect the needles and they did turn brown and they did fall off
