Problem: Which tree will grow bigger in circumfrence?
Hypothesis: If we wait one year then the smaller one will grow bigger in circumfrence.
Materials: tree and a measureing tape
Procedure: 1. mesure the trees every 2 weeks
2. record the results
3. compare

I really like your problem. I also like that you've named your trees. It shows that you're interested in your problem.

That is a good idea for a project, my group id doing the same tree (the little one).
One thing that I think you could improve on is making your Procedure's more detailed, they are kind of veg right now and hard to follow.
