    Problem: How will leaf size change over the course of the year?

    Hypothesis: If we measure the same leaf then the leaf will get smaller

    Materials:

    •ruler

    •string

    Procedure:

    1. Go outside to the tree

    2. Find good leaf and tie string around stem

    3. Measure length and width of leaf with string in centimeters

    4. Record results
